Michael (“Mike”) Fraunces has 18 years of experience overseeing network infrastructure projects in both the wireless and electrification industries, serving as the President of MD7, LLC, a wireless/electrification site development and real estate asset optimization company. While at MD7, Mike raised $120 Million for network real estate asset acquisition programs. Prior to joining MD7, Mike was a corporate transactional partner at the law firms of Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and Luce Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, LLP, focused on private equity and M&A transactions.
